The Association of Academies of Sciences in Asia(AASA) is a non-profit international organization of the Asian and Australasian region, comprising 26 academies with science and technology interests.

The vision of AASA is to provide a forum for scientists and technologists to discuss and provide advice on issues related to science and technology, research and development, and the application of technology for national development.

The mission of AASA is to establish an international interdisciplinary network for scientific and technological cooperation, and to play a pivotal role in promoting cooperation for the development of science and technology in the region.
